for the development of professional, career orientated crew.

Company is actively involved in the continuous on-board training of its
crew as well as the sponsorship of apprenticeship programmers. This
ensures that training remains focused and relevant to the requirements
of the industry. The training system operates on a unique "Feed-Back"
system. Most of the training courses available are born of the result
of our Superintendents' reviews of crew's performance, and from the
analysis of the internal audits.
